1. Services
Crystaline Window Cleaning provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services as detailed on our Service pages. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Quotations provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on an on-site assessment. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
2. Payments
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods which will be communicated at the time of booking or service completion.
If payment is not received within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount and/or take further action to recover the debt.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time.
4. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the areas requiring cleaning. This includes removing any obstacles, fragile items, and ensuring pets are secured.
While we take utmost care, Crystaline Window Cleaning is not liable for damage to property that is pre-existing, poorly maintained, or not adequately secured by the customer (e.g., loose window fittings, unsecured garden ornaments).
Any specific concerns or requirements (e.g., delicate surfaces, known issues) must be communicated to us prior to the service commencing.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will discuss the issue and, where appropriate, arrange to rectify the problem at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not cover issues arising from unrealistic expectations, pre-existing damage, or factors outside our control (e.g., rapid re-soiling due to environmental conditions).
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crystaline Window Cleaning and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Crystaline Window Cleaning.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crystaline Window Cleaning.
